The Harlem Globetrotters on Gilligan's Island is a 1981 made-for-television comedy film. It is the third of three movies that reunited the cast of the 1964–1967 sitcom Gilligan's Island. The film aired on NBC on May 15, 1981.
Jolette Law is an assistant coach for the South Carolina Gamecocks women's basketball team. She was previously a Tennessee Lady Volunteers basketball assistant and, before that, the Illinois Fighting Illini women's basketball head coach in addition to being a Harlem Globetrotter from 1991 to 1994.

Sanders later gained fame when in 1974 he joined the Harlem Globetrotters in which he played for 17 years, retiring from the team in 1991. Since then Sanders become head basketball coach at Bonner Academy in Raleigh and also was head coach for two years with the Raleigh Cougars of the United States Basketball League (USBL).
His shaved head earned him his nickname, a reference to the Three Stooges' Curly Howard, and made him one of the most recognizable Globetrotters. In the 1970s, an animated version of Neal starred with various other Globetrotters in the Hanna-Barbera animated cartoon Harlem Globetrotters as well as its spinoff, The Super Globetrotters.
Joyce Walker (born July 1, 1962) is an American women's basketball player who is most renowned for being the third woman to join the Harlem Globetrotters, following fellow LSU All American, Jackie White. Walker was a basketball star at Garfield High School in Seattle in the late 1970s.
