Hodgkins aka CACH is the largest ground sorting center in the world. It’s the size of 4 zip codes. It’s a sorting hub located outside Chicago, IL. Most packages going cross country end up in this center. Yes packages do mysteriously disappear because of the seer size.

It’s now December 11th and the package has not moved since November 23rd when it arrived at the Hodgkins facility. I’ve tried contacting UPS, Amazon, Cyberpower, etc. Best they’ll do is refund me the money, which I don’t want to do as the same computer to buy now is literally double the price.

A few days ago it departed Columbus, OH. I see a scan at Indianapolis, and now Hodgkins, IL. It departed Hodgkins as of yesterday. So in a few days it barely moved, from OH to IL. I didn't look until just now, as the system stated it was to be delivered today. Now it says, tomorrow, on-time. Really?
