In my experience a light modlist that doesn't put a lot of strain on your game is the best way to play Oblivion. I use the 4gb patch and ENBoost as well. My game works fine with them. In my opinion huge, intense graphical overhauls like Oblivion Reloaded are more trouble than they are worth.
