  2. I need to power three laptops off a 24V battery.

    www.electro-tech-online.com/threads/i-need-to-power-three...

Take each laptops requirement of voltage & current: most modern ones are 18-20+V @ 1.5-3A. Think diode drops as "spacers" 1N5400s are ~ .8V @ 3A, 1N5420s are ~ .2V @ 3A (schottky). I'd start with a couple more 5400s (And one set of 4X5420s) than it should run on... the lowest reliable voltage / current yields lowest power (duh).

Greetings Merudo, my laptop dell inspiron 15 7559 it happened the same as yours, I saw your comments on this page and another, but even with that I could not resolve, because I do not know what the MOSFET transistor exactly on the motherboard , if you have some images available and some way to guide what I should do, I would thank you brother.

  4. IC testing, how can I tell if vertical IC is bad?

    www.electro-tech-online.com/threads/ic-testing-how-can-i...

 My vertical IC to Zenith television model SR2552S, has white horizontal line, the voltage measurements on the vertical IC read, .003v-vert. output,31v vert output power supply, .030v-input,1.6v-OSC blocking pin, 32v - Vcc1, and 29v- pump up output. I checked surrounding components for...

Jul 31, 2008. #1. I want to build a nitro rc engine dyno to tune engines dynamically, at present you can only a chassis dyno that after a run, will tell you engine rpm, peak torque and power curves etc for the whole run. I was thinking of using an inductive pulse generator on the flywheel but this will only tell me a calculated rpm from peak to ...

  6. 74HC595 Latch Pin-What is that? - Electronics Forum (Circuits,...

Close but not quite. The latch signal transfers data from the internal shift register to the internal latch. OE (output enable) is used to either put the latched data on the output pins or tristate the pi

Can somebody give me 5.6V zenner diode for LTspice, There is no any 5.6V zenner model. Version 4.23K

  8. BC517 to relais voltage to low | Electronics Forum (Circuits,...

    www.electro-tech-online.com/threads/bc517-to-relais...

The relay coil has a resistance of 167 Ohm and you have 100 Ohm resistor in series. This means that the relay coil (when connected correctly) will ony see 167/ (100+167) = 0.625 of the supply voltage at best. And that is neglecting the Vce (sat) of the transistor. So, make sure the relay is connected correctly and remove R12.

  9. How timer interrupt work | Electronics Forum (Circuits, Projects...

    www.electro-tech-online.com/threads/how-timer-interrupt...

Using timer interrupts make doing these thing easier. A timer interrupt could increment counters to keep track of time and also step to the next digit position for a multiplexed display. The main program loop could be comparing the seconds and minute counters with the set cooking time.

May 4, 2009. #4. I am also having a problem with my x-540s. the jack in the back of the subwoofer designated for my front right speaker does not work. at first i thought my speaker might have been toast, but i changed it to the front left speaker jack at the back of the subwoofer, and the speaker worked just fine, so i know that the speaker ...

  11. Servo / ESC tester with 555 - Electronics Forum (Circuits,...

    www.electro-tech-online.com/threads/servo-esc-tester-with...

My circuit is to connect with ESC (which is powered by a 2S (ie. 7.4V) Lipo battery. The 555 circuit doesn't drive any load. It gets its power from the the ESC (which is 5V as I measured) and just send a signal (50Hz, Duty (min)=5% (1ms), & max=10% (2ms)) to the ESC, The ESC drive the motor. If the signal is incorrect the ESC won't run properly.
