The motherboard was likely already modified to support 1MB ChipRAM setting. No - the ACA500plus can turn the internal trapdoor expansion into chipram without any modifications. Thanks for helping out here, but everything you've written would only apply to a computer that does not have the ACA500plus.
Hello, I'm using a socket for a FPU 68882 at A1200 mainboard (U0). Without accelerator and with FastRam ACA1211 the OS detect FPU. However if ACA1221lc accelerator is used, then the FPU is not recognized. Do you have any idea how to fix it, so I can…
Oct 28th 2020. #1. Hi Guys, I found two strange issues with my new and shiny Indivision AGA MK3. First of all Scandoubler doesn't start on Amiga's first power on. Sometimes I have to switch on/switch off Amiga several times before Scandoubler starts to work (and present something on the screen). I use Samsung SyncMaster 741MP.
I recently bought a P96 (V2.4.2) license to support the project. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work on my configuration. It seems quite surprising to me because the V2.0 versions from Aminet and unofficial 2.1e work with me without a problem. My configuration: Amiga 4000, OS 3.9 + Boingbags 1&2. WarpEngine 4040 upgraded to 68060 @80MHz ...

Will it be supported if a keyboard is found say either through the aux port or an add on like SX1 or Kipper2k riser. Will there be a bootable iso which will allow it to be configured and ...
Hey, I've got two questions about pairing ACA500+ (and maybe ACA1234) with Amiga 500 and Kickstart 1.3 ROM.1) when I compare ACA500+ , TerribleFire 536 and PiStorm32, I see that TF and PiStorm both list Kickstart 2.05 ROM as a minimum requirement.…

Moin Jens. Just wanted to thank you, Peter and all you nice guys at icomp! Although many many Amiganoids are crazy interested in the ACA1240/60 and further of your products, health is the more important source we have to care about.
Thinking about this a little more, and looking at the screenshot that you provided, this must be either an ACA1232, or an ACA1233, without the "n", because the memory chunk is located at $0800.0000, and not at $4000.0000 where a Z3 board would be located.
