The generlink did not recognize power from the GP7500e. I know this because the blue status link on the Generlink is not illuminated I have tested continuity on the 30 amp cable. My issue then is either my Generlink is defective or there is no output from the GP7500e's 30 amp connector. The generator works well for the 3 prong outputs.

Duromax inverter generators and a few other select models will have a bonded neutral please see product specifications for generator model. The XP13000EH manual says: Neutral System = Floating on Page 68. As a double check, the GenerLink Compatible Generator Guide lists it as Floating as well.
