You can see a blob but can not make anything out really. Yes you are correct, first 4 bodies identified were Kobe, Ara and Sarah. I think the body was Sarah up at the very top. The one in the pathway was Ara and then Kobe and John next to one another. Sadly in pieces but enough that they were easily identifiable.

At first when reading this I thought is sounded like stupid lawsuit, because there is nothing "private" about a helicopter crash. It is public record. Problem was this was not media covering the crash, this was a Sherriff collecting souvenirs taking 100 gruesome close-ups of Kobe's detached arm and shit.
Nothing wrong with it. If Kobe wasn’t one of the victims, most people wouldn’t care about this crash and the victims. Kobe doesn’t mean much to a lot of ppl who only know that he’s a basketball player.

But the body you are describing, the pieces and tons of blood on the other side of the helicopter is Gigi. Down the path a bit, is the helicopter pilot.
Now because we know that people took photos, his wife, children, parents, friends, etc all have to worry that one day a photo of the crash could leak and they will have to see it. I can't even imagine that feeling of dread just waiting for the pictures to come out somehow. They should absolutely be getting sued.

I'm a huge Kobe fan and have all kinds of memorabilia hanging on my walls at work. A customer walks in and we chat about Kobe. He starts telling how he has a friend who's a firefighter and how he had photos of Kobe's body and was going around showing them to everyone and how he saw them too. I wanted to throw up.
