    Use app on Facebook to create a new live video including the title and return the RTMP url (including streaming key). Use app on Youtube to create new video. Use ffmpeg to relay the nginx stream to Facebook and Youtube. Run ffprobe in background; when steam from Nginx stops (due to OBS stopping), stop the relay to Facebook and Youtube.
