Fashion Valley (also called Fashion Valley Mall) is an upscale, open-air shopping mall in Mission Valley in San Diego, California. The shopping center hosts 1,720,533 sq ft (159,842.7 m 2) of leasable floor area, making it the largest mall in San Diego and one of the largest in California. It is managed by the 50% owner Simon Property Group .
Location. Fashion Valley Transit Center is an elevated station on the Green Line of the San Diego Trolley system. It is located at the southwest corner of the Fashion Valley Mall, after which the station is named. Below the station platform is a large bus plaza served by several MTS bus routes. The station has a 63 space park and ride lot.

Scottsdale Fashion Square is an upscale luxury shopping mall located in the downtown area of Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. It is the largest shopping mall in the state, with approximately 2 million square feet (190,000 m 2) of retail space, and is among the top 30 largest malls in the country. [ 1]
The mall is located off I-465 at 86th Street and Keystone Avenue. The mall is considered the heart of the Keystone at the Crossing district. It was developed, managed, and owned by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group . The mall is anchored by a Nordstrom. Saks Fifth Avenue closed in July 2024 for redevelopment.
