Start by looking at the back of your gift card. Typically, you’ll find a toll-free number you can call to discover your balance. Or you can check your balance by visiting the card issuer’s site and entering your card’s 16-digit number and security code.
Enter your card number in the “Gift Card Number” field. Type “9999” in the “Last 4 of Phone” field. Then enter the three-digit code at the back of your Visa Gift Card in the “3-digit Code” field. Click “login” and then follow the prompts to finalize registration of your card.
Check your gift card balance. Enter in your Visa Gift Prepaid Card, Virtual Visa Gift Card, Virtual Mastercard Gift Card, or Mastercard Gift Card information to view balance and transactions.
