Re: I paid for a subscription of Fox Nation through Roku, but it won't let me log in. Try logging in on the Fox website using whatever email address is associated with your Roku account (displayed under Settings->System->About). If there's a "forgot password" option, use it. Fox would have no way of knowing your Roku password, so it's useless.

To cancel subscriptions billed through Roku Pay: Sign in to your Roku account and go to Subscriptions. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel and select Turn off auto-renew. Continue to use your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.

I cannot get the FoxNation channel to accept my credentials on my Roku Ultra. The steps I took are: 1) Log in with email. 2) Change email from address associated with Roku account to email associated with FoxNation. 3) Enter password. I am then prompted to select a streaming plan - Yearly or monthly. I uninstalled the channel.
I purchased 1 month of Fox Nation on 8/15. When I try to log in and look at the show I get the message "Cannot complete purchase try again later" I can see on Paypal that I have been billed for it. I can see it in my current subscriptions but I can't get on it and see any of the shows. I've been trying for 4 days now and it won't let me in.
