I don't understand if 'report card' refers to the grade itself or is a paper or a kind of document where the grades are written. In the first case I agree with the previous post and it is 'notas'. In the second case I should say 'boletín' o 'boletín de calificaciones'. Welcome to the forum. In Spain we simply say: las notas.
