Office 2000 has not been available for some years so there is no chance of obtaining a legitimate download of the media, and you won't be able to install without the media files. You would need to canvas friends and work colleagues etc to see if anyone still has a 2000 disc you could borrow.
Since 2000 was sold, MS has come up with a new marketing scheme (flim flam to extract more money from users) called "subscriptions". They now primarily rent monthly or yearly "subscriptions" to "Microsoft 365". There still is a one-time payment license called Office 2019.

Office 2000 is now two decades old and has not been supported by Microsoft since July 14, 2009. It is also not compatible with Windows 10. I haven't personally tried running Office 2000 in Windows 10; instead, I run Windows XP in a virtual machine and run Office 2000 there. However, I have run Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016 (all installed in the same copy of Windows 10, but with only the latest version of Outlook) without any problems.

Office 2000 is years old and was written for use on computers and operating systems that are long gone. Use one of the open source, FREE and up to date office suites. My preference is for Libre Office.. After installation, open up WRITER, and go to Tools > Options > Load/Save > General and alter the default load/save to Office 2007-2013 XML..
