Just dont bother with the Niantic kids account, just create a normal google account, if asked for a birthday, enter a date that you are over 18. You cant do it because the age limit on the parent link is less than the game age cut off. I tried and tried. Hi all, I have two spare phones and was looking forward to walking more with my 6 and 5 ...
For the in person ones, the site lets you select 6, then you just have to specify the names on the accounts. Tbh I’m glad I set up my kids with accounts before Niantic Kids was a thing. It seems to complicate more things than it does help protect their privacy or whatnot. 3. Reply.
It won't convert automatically, but is really easy to do. On or after the 13th birthday (by the entered Date of Birth) the parental account needs to contact Pokemon Trainer Club support and ask for the parental account to be detached. They will do this, no hassle, and the account then becomes an adult one in all ways.
Niantic kids log in help. Hi everyone, I accidentally deleted the niantic kids details, and now my son can't log into pokemon go, and I do not receive any emails when I try to ask for a reset, the help desk just keeps saying check my email folders, but thats not the issue. Is there a way to reinstate it so he can log back in, or another way to ...
We want you to know that Niantic Kids is a feature that aims at providing a secure login to children below 13 years of age. This feature functions very similarly to a PTC child account. As with PTC child accounts, the Niantic Kids accounts will also remain constrained by the limited availability of features.
Not the answer you want, but the one you need: Look up how your mother can give permission for you to join parties. Once you're 13, parents may contact PTC support to upgrade your account. ANSWERED. My sons account is a kids account and he can join parties but not start them and he has completed the research. You can probably also have your mom ...
I've tried just about everything under the sun to fix it. I've reset their cache, install, factory defaulted their phones, changed passwords, refreshed permissions in Niantic, pokemon trainer's club, etc etc. Nothing I do can fix them loging onto their phone. But here's the weird part: I can log into their Niantic Kids accounts on my modern phone.
Any child joining the game at this point will create a Google/FB account for the purpose and use that to play as an "adult". It would be stupid to register as a child, when the game currently prevents children from participating in the "social" part of what is supposed to be a "social" game.
Niantic kids account. How do I create a Niantic kids account so my son can play? All I can find is a login screen, no place to register. If you want to be able to friend him, trade and get raid bonuses, dont set up a kids account. Start a Google account for him. Trust me, I learned the hard way.
And since an adult won't get prompted for a Niantic Kids login, if they get a new device after 13, put in their date of birth they won't get that option so how can they continue their progress. It seems you can't link NK to other login methods for later use. I thought of PTC since that seems to carry on however it seems that restricts the use ...
