I've gone down the boosted route and it is expensive. Forging the engine, upgrading the transmission, half shafts, heads, cam and labor all add up to about what you would spend for a Hellcat. I have a boosted 5.7 with a fully forged bottom end. My total cost (car and new motor) was $15k below the HC price point.

When I changed the oil I always did the change with the oil hot. I never let the engine cool down any before changing the oil. As for the $150 vs. $230 it depends upon the labor rate. Don't know what the labor rate is at the Dodge dealers in the area but back in late 2017 it was $160/hour at the local Porsche dealer.

What an awesome color, have to say it looks great on a Challenger! Has some metal flake/pearl in it, really pops in the sunlight.
