The same situation has also happened to me recently. I have autopay and the same amount of $175 is taken out every month. The charge always appears as COMCAST on my bank statement. I noticed a charge of over $400 from COMCAST CABLE on 4/18. I called my bank and disputed the charge and told I would hear back within 2 weeks.
