To expand on this, when I'm in my HP Account page, I see two tabs: Profile and Security. My phone number is listed on the Security tab, but needs to be updated. There is no CHANGE button, and when I modify my old phone number with my new one, all I get is the message " Phone number is not valid ". The 'Apply Changes' button remains greyed out.
