    My Authenticator app doesn't list Last Pass. If I hit the + sign, it wants a QR code. Where can I find the QR code? Everything I googled says to go to my last pass account settings on my laptop and go to MFA options and enable the last pass authenticator. And the instructions will say when I enable it it will give me a QR code. That NEVER happens.
