It appears that Norton/Lifelock runs its own scam. I was trying to contact LifeLock about an incident that just happened. The link from Lifelock for "MEMBER SERVICES AND SUPPORT" only sends you to a Norton site that is trying to sell more products, or 'plus up' products that we already have. ~ link from ~
All of this is just a scam. These emails are threatening and sound like real but it is best to just delete it and do not respond in any way. Norton can help prevent malware from entering your environment and only allow good programs to access your webcam but it is not 100% foolproof.
