You hit "Jiiihaa" and voilà, the shortcut is on your desktop. You can rename it as you like. If you want to, you then can still move or copy the shortcut into the startmenu by moving/copying it into a subfolder of C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.
