    Here's a link to the part that supercedes it, and it's just called an Amplifier. If you look for part #2 in the diagram, that's the noise cancellation module.

    You can disconnect ANC and barely notice a difference in sound levels. ANC is not tuned for anything other than stock speakers, and 99% of the time, any aftermarket speaker/subwoofer setup will cause issues (droning/humming) if ANC is not bypassed or disabled. Your options are: A. Stock speakers.

    The original TSB 08-03319 has been superseded by a new one, TSB 08-056-19. It instructs the dealer service people to reflash the Active Noise Cancelation (ANC) module and has a specific method for doing it. The symptoms described in the TSB are exactly as described in most if not all the comments on this thread. KSOTI.

    I'm sorry I was a bit distracted and missed your reply. I have the factory sound system on a standard Big Horn Ram. VIN : 1C6SRFFT0KN513183 . This sound happens regardless of the sound system being on, off, muted, low volume, or high volume. It REALLY feels like bad or poorly programmed noise cancelling system for the cab.

    Sounds like your Active Noise Cancellation system is malfunctioning, and generating noise when it is supposed to be cancelling it. Many of us have the same problem, numerous threads on it. Ram is still working on a fix, but they can safely deactivate it for you while you wait for the permanent fix.
