I was just wondering if there was a way to get put on an e-mail chain that receives notification of new MILPER messages once they are published from HRC? I personally am waiting for the release of a specific MILPER and constantly have to just refresh the MILPER page on the HRC website and would not like to have to do that anymore. CPO Jon Campbell. There are several ways. The most common is Name rank branch and then (Ret.) You may be correct for Navy (not familiar with Navy regs), but Army Reg 25-50 (or at least its latest update) seems to indicate that Army retirees are to use rank but not branch.

S1NET is great because you receive e-mails regularly consisting of the newest MILPER messages and ALARACTs and other random good info you'd otherwise have to research on your own.
All "usa.army.mil" addresses are AGW accounts. While I'm 99% sure you are correct that you have a AGW account, but the first step is to verify that. Log into ATCTS (https://atcts.army.mil) and go to "My Profile" - you should see your email address listed - confirm it is [login to see] .mil or something like that (ending in usa.army.mil).
I'm retired army and kept my Military e-mail as my primary contact. It kept me in touch with my transient AD friends and I felt connected for years after my service. It was a social filter of sorts and if you didn't like the "@us.army.mil" I didn't want to hear fr you any way.
