Instead of using the URL have you tried using the IP address of the router in a browser? Normally the address would be 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1.

The Orbi router intercepts DNS requests for several URL's and replaces them with the local IP address of the Orbi router. (orbilogin.com, orbilogin.net) Like @vajim , I typically use the local IP address of the Orbi, which in my case is also 192.168.1.1 That Netgear article is generic to many Netgear routers, not specific to Orbi.
Go to 192.168.1.1 & access the Router Admin page using the default Login credentails. default Username is = admin , Password = password. Make sure You type the default Ip Address at the top of your Web address in (URL Box ) Once Logged in you are free to make changes as you wish.
