Got my PS5 Pro on Walmart Canada. It's where I got my PS5 at launch. They are a bit slower on delivery but I got a pretty hectic first week of November so it's OK if it's a week late. It's saying delivery by November 18th. Rather have that than risk selling out.

My Walmart has been shrinking the ps5 section as well. It's actually smaller than the Xbox space. I have a feeling physical copies for both platforms will be gone in the next year or two. Switch still has a decent shelf but it too is smaller than previous gens.

Game Pass is a massive advantage. Xbox Series S is the cheapest next gen console. Game Pass users get bonus benefits for Call of Duty, such as early access during the open beta and the perks system through Game Pass. Playing the COD campaign at $20 is better than buying it for $90.
ps5 is doing about as well as ps4, I wouldn't be too worried about hardware. its the price of making games and the return on the investment that is the biggest problem in the console space atm. (for sony at least, MS seems to be having some serious hardware issues as well).
