    Kernal. A new Toyota radiator comes with the foam attached, otherwise if buying an aftermarket radiator just go into any hardware store and go to the window/door/HVAC insulation section. There is open cell foam (which will soak up water like a sponge) and closed cell foam which will not soak up water.
