Crustlum autoclicker superiority 😎. None of the above. I just use a macro on my spare mouse button to toggle autoclicking on and off. I use Easy Auto Clicker 2.0. python. I use a Cookie Clicker google extension called Uncanny Cookie Clicker and it is SO helpful.
Using an autoclicker is basically intended because of the "uncanny clicker" achievement. If it wasn't, it would be a shadow achievement. Personally, I just use a slow autoclicker though (around 7 clicks per second). It feels more fair and it helps against damaging the mouse or getting carpal tunnel syndrome.

Unless you're going by some kind of arbitrary challenge rule-set, using an auto-clicker is fine. #5.
Giving yourself an auto clicker in Cookie Clicker won’t beat the game for you. It still takes at least an entire month’s worth of game time to acquire 90% of its achievements. I’m sorry for the wall of text, I’m just tired of people who see someone cheating and then say “why not just use a cheat that beats the entire game for you”.

You are using a program to click for you, and play the game for you, so you do not have to click. Which is pretty much the only thing the game was built for you to do.
After a few months of playing the game and having nothing but sugar lump related achievements left, I decided to write a mod that automates the entire process of sacrificing the garden. It takes about 5 days on average, resulting in about 2.2 extra sugar lumps per day, and requires a 6x6 garden and a large surplus of cookies for the planting costs.
