The Clearinghouse provides FMCSA and employers the necessary tools to identify drivers who are prohibited from operating a CMV based on DOT drug and alcohol program violations and ensure that such drivers receive the required evaluation and treatment before operating a CMV on public roads.
As of January 1, 2024, users will be required to use Login.gov to access their FMCSA Portal account. Username and Password will no longer be available. If you don't have a Login.gov account yet, you must set up an account using your FMCSA Portal account email address in order to link the accounts.
Log in using your FMCSA credentials. The Clearinghouse is using Login.gov to allow you to sign in to your Clearinghouse account safely and securely. Before registering for the Clearinghouse, you must have an account with Login.gov. When you click the “Register” link, you will be sent to Login.gov.
