Posted 8 y ago. As usual, it is a multifaceted problem. Systems built by "lowest bidder" (not necessarily most qualified). Long-term support may or may not be by the same individuals that designed/coded/installed the system, with questionable support documentation. Intermittent problems may be hard to identify or reproduce for trouble shooting ...
I finally got into EES. The problem seems to come from getting all of the DOD certificates to download correctly on the computer. I had to redo this time after time until it finally worked. I've got it running on the Windows 10 system but haven't tried to fix it yet on my windows vista computer.
I also contacted HRC about this issue. Hopefully more leaders will follow suite, especially those in the ARNG/USAR, so this can be corrected. Or our drill weekends are going to be
My Schooling was at a different location. But, the best advice I can give you is, learn how to properly write up a memorandum, Award recommendation, NCOER's and the support forms. The details are as follows. I was recently promoted, switched units and my old unit still owes me my NCOER. My final month at my unit I filled out my support page as needed. I am still waiting on my old unit to give finish that NCOER. Now with my new unit my Platoon SGT will now be my rater when he does my NCOER he will just put all of his information on the next NCOER? Correct? or is there an ...
1SG (Join to see) the guidance about this issue came out in an ALARC message. All passing APFT scores are valid until March 2022. If a service member took the APFT 18 months ago, and passed, it's valid. However, in the NCOER the date is PASS, and the date is "9999." Comments for the APFT are no longer required until March 2022.
No coverage for your time in the IRR, that is what HRC considers an "acceptable gap" and won't be covered. (3) Gaps in a Soldier’s evaluation history may occur for various reasons. A majority of these gaps are acceptable, while others are unacceptable. (a) Acceptable gaps between OERs or NCOERs include periods when a Soldier was….
