    Rather than focusing on Windows Firewall log, focus on network traffic logs instead. Something simpler: LiveTcpUdpWatch. Or more advanced: Wireshark · Go Deep. Or get a better GUI for Windows Firewall like GlassWire not sure about its logs though. LiveTcpUdpWatch looks cool. I'll definitely add that to my arsenal.
