Printing. UMass Amherst IT maintains the UPrint pay-for-print service, which is available to students, faculty, staff, and community members in several locations across campus. Graduate and Undergraduate students receive a credit equivalent to 100 single sided grayscale prints per semester.

UPrint is a green initiative with the goal of reducing paper waste by eliminating unwanted and excess printing. In various surveys and in collaboration with Xerox, the university determined it had an average usage of 3.5 million pages per month prior to the implementation of UPrint.
Simply go to uprint.umass.edu, log in with your NetID and Password and upload your file. Then, take your UCard and go to any of the printers located in the Learning Commons, IT Computer Classrooms, or the Science and Engineering Library to release your print job.
