It pops up every few minutes and directs you toward McAfee security with a charge of 70 bucks. i've tried everything I can see on line and its still there. Adblocker doesnt work checking the box to block popups .

For some reason, a remnant of this previous user account--a folder with my username--has remained unscathed and apparently within this folder there is a sub-folder called McAfee Vaults. I no longer have McAfee, I have Norton now. For some reason, this McAfee Vaults thing will not be deleted.

I recently purchased a dell laptop (windows 10 )with a free trial of McAfee. I do not wish to use McAfee so I uninstalled the program via add/remove programs. I noted some McAfee files remained on my PC, therefore I also ran MCPR tool. The files are still there. if I search for McAfee on my laptop I am still finding files.
