I'm trying to check my warranty on a monitor purchased December of last year. The serial number is not recognized by the HP website to check my warranty. I've tried checking product number as well as serial but every time I get a red message saying it's incorrect when it's typed in correctly, and, in the right country it was purchased in.
Depending on where you are seeing this, it probably isn't a virus. If you're seeing it inside some web page (like a banner ad or something), then definitely DO NOT click on it.
