Figured light on and visible was likely the way it needed to be to be open. But that didn’t change anything. Went into the window privacy settings and ensured camera had permission set to allow apps to use the camera, as well as the individual apps. I went into the Lenovo Vantage and ensured the privacy mode was not on which disables the camera.
