Not sure whether it is my system or Edge. The only message I get from Amazon: "We're experiencing a problem playing this video. For Assistance, blah-blah-blah. Video plays fine in other browsers including the old Edge. The Widevine Decryption Module is enabled and up to date. Don't know what other extensions I might need to enable or install.
Since this seems to be an Amazon Prime App internal error, you need to contact the Amazon Customer service as the message says.

Amazon prime still dims frequently on videos, Running all the correct cables and settings, bar turning off HDR, as I shouldn't have to change settings every time I want to watch one app. But Amazon Prime, 10 minutes into any show and it dims noticeably becoming too dark. Only hard resetting my Xbox fixes the issue, but it continues to this day.
I haven't installed any hardware or software before this happened. I've contacted Amazon who suggested clearing cookies which didn't help. I'm able to access the site through my iPad and phone so the problem must relate to my la [top. I don't think I've altered any settings on my laptop. Amazon seems to be the only site I can't access.
