Laughing Shino (186): Shino and Naruto go on a mission to stand in at a lord’s funeral. The story wasn’t that great, but the laughing Shino part of it makes it definitely worth watching (unless you really hate Shino). 5/5. Peddler’s Escort Mission (187-191): Naruto, Hinata, and Choji go on a peddler’s escort mission.
57-71: Sora arc (Skimmed). Naruto, Sakura, Sai, and Yamato go on a mission and end up meeting a kid named Sora who goes on to get character growth. I didn’t like it, pretty generic arc, but watch it if you’re only skipping the absolute worst. 2/5. 91-112: Three-tails sealing arc (Skimmed).
I recommend checking out Iruka filler arc, Itachi filler arc, and Kakashi filler arc tho. Theres 2 other filler arcs Id recommend but theyre spoiler to even say the name so I wont even mention. Fact: You only got the right to skip filler after watching every single episode once first.
The r/Naruto recommended filler list is also great if you would just rather be told which ones are worth watching. Twelve Ninja Guardians Arc (57-71): On a mission, Team Kakashi meets a boy that seems to have Kyuubi chakra. Would recommend to watch this as it builds up a certain character for a future canon event.
