    I am having the same problem. I have recently purchased an Arris SBG10 and cannot connect my 55” Vizio tv to my network. It is asking for a WPA2 passphrase. This is not the same as my Wi-Fi password. My tv connected just fine when i was using my old modem and router units. Please help! I’m tired of watching tv on my IPad.

    Set up the N600 on Friday and all went smooth . Entered a unique passphrase and the encryption is WPA2-PSK I believe. After setup my macs fly but the Kindle problem and Dell issue presented themselves. Neither device will accept the passphrase as both want WEP code.

    In the Wireless tab, there is the Passphrase field under Security Options (WPA2-PSK), where I have my current password to access my Wifi. My question is, what is the difference between the two? I tried setting a username and password for the Internet login, thinking it was added security, but after applying, it locked me out of my internet.
