Hello BPry, The issue is when I click the global protect app to connect the VPN and it redirects to a blank screen not to the login portal to enter the credentials. Also, we are using the SAML DUO 2FA for two-factor authentications so it should redirect to the login portal and then enter the 2FA passcode to successfully log in to the VPN on my PC.

I had the same issue when one of my customer added MFA. The GlobalProtect client seems to switch to browser login. It uses the good-old IE11 settings. Navigate to App and set the Connect Method to Pre-logon (Always On) Click OK. Configs > App Tab to Connect Method to Pre-logon (Always on) Navigate to Network > GlobalProtect > Gateways > select the external gateway that was previously created. Navigate to Authentication > Certificate Profile and the certificate profile that was previously created.
2. re-enter username and password on the GP panel home tab. 3. click connect. i recently had to change my Windows domain password, and perhaps GP failed to update/sync credentials that go to the portal vs. the gateway... in any event I haven't seen any GP login windows pop up since I took the actions listed above.
