This has been happening for some time now, meaning I can't play modded (with Forge). The game launches normally when using Fabric and Vanilla, but when I try to boot up a Forge version, it loads for a bit, then the launcher appears to crash and either display 'Exit Code: -1073741819' or 'Exit Code: 1' upon relaunching itself.

So I've been wanting to download Minecraft Forge for a while now, but I've been too paranoid to do so. With Norton, usually, I just call it equivalent to an overprotective parent, especially since it has that popularity-based detection thingy. But Norton can actually be really helpful, and this might be the case with Forge for me.
