Tough for anyone to give recommendations, imo. These store warranties offer two things: Basically an insurance policy. Convenience. Depending on how the warranty is honored, you'd have a new console on the spot instead of waiting for weeks if it was sent to Sony. 3.
This is only for the refurbished PS5s. Gamestop is horrible with anything. I wasn't sure where/how to post this but I figured I could ask it here since it had to do with a PS5 restock. I ordered a refurbished PS5 disc on 11/24 and it's been waiting for product availability although PayPal had already taken the funds.

Anyone have experience buying refurbished/playd Playstation 5 from GameStop? Curious to hear if this is a good option. Never buy refurbished, it’s been taken back for a reason, and most game places store fronts will just boot the console, see if a game boots, blow out dust and wipe it down. There always could be some hardware or software issue.
Just a heads up for everyone. I ordered the demon souls/miles starter bundle on sept 25th, second wave and just checked my status 5 minutes ago and it switched from waiting for product availability to preparing for shipment!!! I then checked my bank account and have a pending charge of $757.04 out of the total cost of the bundle which is $821.
GameStop PS5 Drop. Has anyone that ordered a PS5 from the most recent GameStop drop on Tuesday gotten their console yet? I ordered the bundle that had the digital edition of the console, an extra controller, a PS Plus membership, a PS Store gift card and a GameStop gift card. The memebership and gift card were delivered already through my email.
Fedex now has the label says delivery for the 13th but says it may change once they get the package. Gamestop finally charged the remaining $164 today. Gamestop.com still shows preparing for shipment for everything except ps+ and gift card which still shows "order received". I must say this thread is a great comfort.
