    we use quite a bit of it. excellent powder. very clean burning. 24.5 gr with a 55 gr FMJ is a easy target/practice load. you can move up to 25.5 grs with the same bullet in a 5.56 chamber. powder also works well with heavier bullets such as the 62 or 69 grain. here is a thread over a the M4 reloading forum specifically on TAC.
