There's a map online of the northwest corner of Faerun, but I don't believe there's an official map of all of the Forgotten Realms yet. As someone who's new to the game and setting, I find the Forgotten Realms wikia to be a great source of information, and it has a page for the Second Sundering which I believe is what you're looking for.

I went through several references, including the 2e Forgotten Realms Atlas, 2e Volo's Guide to the Sword Coast, 4e Forgotten Realms World Map, 5e map from Hoard of the Dragon Queen, and the 5e Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide.
The map projection being used is not stated, and the map's accuracy is uncertain, since it's specifically called "A Scholar's View of Abeir-Toril", several of the continents of which are simply called "Unknown Lands", and it is noted that "even the scholars of Candlekeep know only a little of what lies beyond the realms of Faerûn".
According to the blurb on this site, there is a map of the Feywild created for the book Heroes of the Feywild. Look about 3/4 the way down the page, or search for the term Feywild. It says you can purchase a copy, or you can probably get the book and get it that way as well.
