Apr 11, 2015. #4. So if you have an account, log in to the Amtrak.com website. At the upper left corner there's "My Account". Click on that and at the bottom should be "eVouchers". There's "show eVouchers" which will bring up all open eVouchers as well as used ones for maybe three months after they've been exhausted.

I was left with a nonrefundable eVoucher, with the plan that I would use it for personal travel later in the year. Well, that didn't happen, and now I have an eVoucher that expires tomorrow.
I just used a BOGO voucher and got a roomette in the same res. I booked a trip to San Francisco using a companion voucher, I ask the phone agent to also book a roomette at the same time. I had to go to the station to pick up the tickets because you have to turn in the voucher. No problem. I got the low rail bucket and a low roomette bucket price.

I'm guessing your eVoucher was issued due to delays or other "trips was unsatisfactory" reasons vs one that is issued when we choose to cancel a trip for some reason.
