I can't get in to Navy E Learning to do the dreaded cyber awareness challenge. When I try and access it with Chrome, it simply won't let me onto the website at all, because the website's certificates are all expired. When I screw around with my computer's internet security options I can get Internet Explorer to let me through.
I've bene having a hard time getting in to E-Learning on my personal computer. I get as fare as "log in with cac" then I get a message saying " learning.nel.navy.mil took too long to respond.

I never had e-learning work on my home computer at home, no matter what browser. I can sign in with anything else with my CAC besides e-learning. The only time I've successfully logged into e-learning was at a liberty center in a training command.
Has anyone been having issues accessing Navy E Learning through there civilian home computers? If so how did you overcome these issues? I keep trying to log in from different browsers and even my R2S app and it’s not letting me in saying page cannot be displayed or I am not granted access. Thank you in advanced
