2take1 is only payed stand on the free version have the protections on online and mods on story mod. Because you ask about if they are free i prefer co-load kiddions (which is the best free external menu) with the free version of stand for protections against crash and other stuff like telephone ringing, disable teleport to cayo-apartment and other things like this.
