  8. Anyone else having trouble accessing MyPers from home?

    I'm running Windows 10. I've reinstalled my certificates. All other links work (portal, afpc, vmpf), but when I try to access MyPers it just says "Page can't be displayed. Server took too long to respond." Yesterday it worked once out of about 30 tries.
