Once you log into mypers.af.mil, you have to go to the "I want to" block and click the access the vpctab. In my case, all I got was a frowny face. In my case, all I got was a frowny face. Called the military number for help, the emailed me a page that showed you how to get around this

I'm running Windows 10. I've reinstalled my certificates. All other links work (portal, afpc, vmpf), but when I try to access MyPers it just says "Page can't be displayed. Server took too long to respond." Yesterday it worked once out of about 30 tries.
Also figured, as the AF attempts to swap things over.. (you know, after they even killed myPers) I figured a sub may useful. I believe all the retraining stuff in myFSS is supposed to be live on 1 Jun. That is also the effective date of the new FTA retraining rules (any <90% AFSC, no more Selection Board).
