You will not get any help from rockstar support tho as they will tell you that you have broke a rule (they wont tell you what rule) and then they will tell you there is nothing they can do and they are going to hang up. Rockstar dos not care about its customers. They only care about making more profit. #1.

I resolved this by closing (or possibly uninstalling) all of Rockstar's applications and services that were running on my Taskbar and system tray. I downloaded the Rockstar Launcher from the official website and as it installed I had teh option open to put in my character's login information (which is what I assumed was the reason for the issue.
