SoCalJay. Join Date: Feb 2024. Posts: 3. I did get **renewed** Caesar's Diamond Status in early February and went to Las Vegas and had a "Comp" room. That went fine. But when I went to the Caesar's Rewards Desk, I got a new card. BUT it was a Platinum card (didn't notice until later and just thought it was a NEW color).
I don't trust Caesars rewards based on prior experience trying to cancel a reservation (pre diamond) and all the negative publicity. I am Wyndham Diamond (via the Business Credit Card) and status matched to Caesars Diamond. Booked a reservation at a Caesars property. First night's stay precharged to my credit card. Noticed a sharp drop in price.

These would sometimes include Caesars palace (3 days), with most of the other properties allowing a 5 night comp stay. Including even Cromwell sometimes. But from what seems like the moment Caesars sold themselves off I only now get a 5 nighter from Planet Hollywood and Rio.
So I had a status match to Wyndham Diamond by staying 10 nights in 2023. Received status by October, good through 2025. Went to Caesar's site, put in Wyndham Rewards # for match - no response after 2 weeks. Submitted again, followed up through the app asking for match and submitting Wyndham Diamonds card screenshot.
Join Date: Nov 2017. Posts: 19. Caesars hotel prices higher when logged in with status. It appears that I can make vegas hotel reservations for about 10%-20% cheaper if I'm not logged into my account, but if I'm logged in it waives the resort fees because I have Diamond status. It ends up coming out about even whether or not I book with status.
