I love MS Edge, really do. But I cannot use MS Edge when I need to access my router... weird thing is: I can access my router, using Google Chrome (on same PC), but like I said earlier on: I cannot access my router with MS Edge. Make sure You are connected to Router Using Ethernet Or Wireless Connection While trying to access the router Using 192.168.1.1 default ip. Also, Look at the back of Bottom Of Your Router for Default Login credentials & Make Sure 192.168.1.1 is the default ip for Your Router.
In order for Windows Edge to allow access to 192.168.1.1 I had to go into "Open Networking and Sharing Center", click on the "wireless" connection, and disable it. Once that was done, the wired connection allowed Windows Edge to access 192.168.1.1 (and so should all the other web browsers). Hope this helps. Best Wishes, The Good Life

My desktop will not let me see 192.168.0.1. I've tried 4 browsers - get this message: This site can't be reached. Connection was reset. My network has three routers - the base and two pass thought remotes. I can access both pass though remote routers. My guess is an Win10 update is causing the problem. Initially I was able to access my new Netgear X4S AC2600 router configuration page at 192.168.1.1 via the Edge browser on Windows 10. It would properly bring up a login window and connect to the router.
