Have been trying to pay my bill over the phone since last Friday 12-2-2022. They say it is a 3rd party problem. I think they are forcing people to use website or app to pay their bill. Why would we consider Xfinity Mobile when they cannot even get their own phone to work?
The PayPal app has a section where you can pay your bills directly from PayPal’s own app. You just search for Xfinity and provide Paypal with your account number in their (PayPal) app. I did this recently for my electric bill, natural gas and my Spectrum Internet Bill and both payments were reflected in about 1-3 days.

Official Reply. I get that Comcast can charge a Regional Sports Fee if they want. What I don't understand is WHY this fee is part of a package when someone (me) doesn't watch sports and therefore doesn't want to pay this fee. It's about $13 a month. I'm pretty pissed at them. I went online to switch to a reduced-speed plan and there was no way to make the change, and the only other provider at my address is some garbage company that charges 70% of Xfinity prices for 5% of the speed. I live alone and am seriously considering cutting Xfinity entirely and just tethering with my 5G phone.
