In the Nvidia control panel/change res. Change the res to 720p, 1280x720.Then go to Adjust desktop size and position/size and resize shouldn't be grayed out.Then once you have resized to fit your screen change the res to custom made 1366x768 at 60hz, It will then stay resized.took a couple hours to work it out but i got it....if ya need any ...
